I also wanted to mention that, if you like, depending on the availability of funds, we can prioritize tasks as follows;

- Fix the water drainage (that is the most important item)

- Plant grass seeds on the slopes (to control erosion, which causes mud run-off)

Delay or postpone the Retaining Wall, because that is the most expensive item, and mostly cosmetic.
