Hi there Deniz,

Thank you so much for your proposal and information. Did Mr. Patrick or Ms. Reilly specify which proposal they would like – with or without the retaining wall? I ask because we do like to know their wishes and recommendations as a PTSA.

How long do you think this project will take and when would you be able to begin? We can definitely cover and assist with costs for the first proposal. We can discuss the 2^nd part further and get back to you – but again, wondered what they would like to see happen there. The only thing I was concerned about with the retaining wall is that is an area that students stand and gather during games – so plantings would not be an option as the ground is trampled. And I want to make sure a retaining wall wouldn’t pose a tripping hazard as well.
