We started on Friday because, there was so much mulch, we wouldn't be able to finish it in 1 day. The mulch was very heavy because, it was wet. We delivered about 6,500 bags of mulch. We had nearly all scouts in the troop and many parents help distribute all bags (by hand!)
We had about 50 people on Saturday. The work went faster. Each bag is about 40 pounds. I went on a small truck so we held less bags of mulch. We started at 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The bags were very light because they were dry.
